Objectives
Our mission was to organize a press trip to Moldova, a picturesque country renowned for its thriving wine industry. We were tasked with meticulously selecting prominent figures from the wine and lifestyle sectors, orchestrating all trip logistics, crafting captivating content for our guests, and conducting post-trip follow-ups with journalists and bloggers.
As the pioneering group of foreign journalists, bloggers, and influencers to explore Moldova, our primary objective was to showcase the country’s remarkable wine landscape. The overarching goal of the trip was to heighten awareness of Moldovan wines and spirits in the North American market and educate individuals about the exceptional quality of these products.

Strategy
Our strategy commenced with identifying a target audience and selecting suitable attendees for the press trip. We then focused on creating professional photo and video content tailored to our invitees’ needs, ensuring they had valuable resources for their work.
To ensure the success of the press trip, Atipico managed all coordination aspects, including sourcing expert and influential participants, facilitating pre-departure preparations, managing itinerary logistics and on-site travel arrangements, producing visual content, and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless trip experience.
Our strategy unfolded in four key stages
1. Discovery
Participants indulged in tasting sessions featuring Modalvie’s most renowned wines.
2. Content Creation
Over 350 photos, 10+ HD videos, and 50+ drone-captured images were meticulously crafted.
3. Dissemination
Engaging content was shared on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, utilizing various formats including stories, posts, and reels.
4. Repercussion
Extensive media monitoring was conducted across social networks, traditional media outlets, print publications, television, and radio channels to gauge the impact of our initiative.
