Formation Professionnelle (FP) operates under the supervision of the Quebec government. Its primary goal is to raise awareness of and provide support to young individuals as they navigate their path towards career selection and specialized training.

Our audience includes young individuals currently in school, undergoing training, or considering dropping out, as well as adults of all ages who are contemplating professional career transitions.


Elevate the visibility of technical vocational pathways across diverse backgrounds, attract enrollment in training programs, and subsequently bolster the workforce in the targeted trades.


Our strategy involved developing and managing an Instagram and TikTok account, which was based on a field activation concept imagined and designed by the communications agency La Camaraderie. We executed the brand identity across different mediums, creating written, photo, and video content inspired by current trends. Furthermore, we oversaw the recruitment and managed the human and material resources required for the activations.
